Who you are dealing with

Agreement

By placing an order you agree to these terms, to our Shipping Policy, and to our Return and Refund Policy. Please read them before you buy.

How our store works

We are a small independent retailer. We do not manufacture anything and we do not hold stock. Orders are dispatched by our overseas fulfilment partner and shipped directly to you, which is why delivery takes 8 to 13 business days for most items and up to 21 business days for a small number of larger ones.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and include standard shipping within the United States. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout. Import duty is paid by us and never charged to you on delivery.

We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Product images and descriptions

Photographs show the product as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and natural materials such as pine, felt and cotton vary slightly from piece to piece. Wood grain and knots are never identical between two items. These variations are normal and are not defects.

Sizes and measurements are given on each product page. Please check them before ordering, particularly for wall mounted furniture, where the space you have available matters.

Wall mounted products: installation and safety

Some of our products are shelves, steps and perches that are fixed to a wall. Read this before you buy one.

Installation is carried out by you or by an installer you choose. We are not present and cannot inspect your wall.
Any mounting hardware supplied with an item is general purpose. It may not be suitable for your wall. Drywall, plaster, brick, concrete and tile each need different fixings.
You are responsible for identifying your wall type, selecting appropriate anchors, and confirming the wall can carry the load. If you are unsure, use a professional installer.
We do not publish weight ratings for these items, because a rating is only as good as the fixing and the wall behind it.
Check the fixings periodically, as you would with any wall mounted furniture.

We are responsible for manufacturing faults in the item itself. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation, unsuitable fixings, or a wall unable to carry the load. Nothing here limits any right you have under federal law or the law of your state in relation to defective products.

Products for animals

Our products are accessories for domestic cats. They are not veterinary or medical products and are not a substitute for veterinary advice. Supervise your cat when introducing anything new, and check items regularly for wear. Toys with cords, strings or small parts are for supervised play only and should be stored out of reach afterwards.

Orders we may decline

We may refuse or cancel an order where we cannot verify the shipping address, where payment is flagged as fraudulent, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In every such case we refund you in full.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Our liability

We are responsible for delivering the item you ordered, in the condition described, within the time we stated.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, for example a gift arriving after an occasion because a carrier was delayed. Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have that cannot be waived under federal law or the law of your state, including rights relating to personal injury or defective products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, where the seller is established. This does not remove any consumer protection you have under the law of your own state, and where your state law gives you more than these terms do, that law applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
