We do not run a phone line. A written record protects both sides if there is ever a disagreement about an order, and it means nothing gets lost. We read every message and reply as quickly as we can, usually within 2 business days.
If you are writing about an existing order, please include your order number. It is in your confirmation email.

Before you write about delivery
Most items take 8 to 13 business days to reach you, and a small number of larger ones up to 21. Tracking often takes a few days to start updating after the number is issued. If nothing has moved a week after dispatch, write to us and we will chase it.
